Capistrano - Glendale, Arizona Capistrano is a 35 acre mixed use residential community located at the southeast corner of Glendale and Dysart in unincorporated Glendale, Arizona. The Dietz Crane Division of DR Horton was the buyer and is developing 61 single family large home sites along with 120 cluster home sites. Voyager secured the property for acquisition and obtained the appropriate planning, zoning and preliminary plat approvals from Maricopa County. TOP OF PAGE^
Buckeye 320 - Town of Buckeye, Arizona In 2002, Voyager secured an option to purchase 320 acres in the Town of Buckeye located at the intersection of Rooks Road and Southern Avenue. Phase 1 known as Sorento, was an 80 acre phase purchased by KB Homes. A final plat approval was obtained by Voyager. The site contains 315 various sized single family home sites with improved open space and playground areas. Phase 2 known as Farallon, contains 240 acres and was sold to the Dietz Crane division of DR Horton upon approval of a preliminary plat for a total of 890 home sites of various sizes of single family units. Tierra Verde - City of Surprise, Arizona Tierra Verde is a 100 acre single family project located in the City of Surprise planning area at the northeast corner of Happy Valley Road and 155th Avenue. Tierra Verde enjoys a beautiful Sonoran desert setting with views to nearby mountain ranges. The project is located in a fast growing area that features several master planned communities including Vistancia, Asante, and Desert Oasis. Sun Valley 320 borders Douglas Ranch on its western boundary and lies just north of the Bell Road alignment and east of the existing Sun Valley Parkway. Acquisition of this project is scheduled for the Summer of 2005. Plans include annexation, zoning and a preliminary plat approval within the Town of Buckeye. Voyager is working closely with Douglas Ranch on utility and development phasing issues. Douglas Ranch plans
